Taylor O'Malley is Co-Founder and President of Balyasny Asset Management. He is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee and chairs the Management Committee, which is responsible for firmwide strategy execution. Taylor also oversees Risk, Technology, and Data Intelligence. He joined the predecessor to BAM, a group within Schonfeld Securities, in 2001. Prior to this, he was a financial sector focused Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting. Taylor also serves as a trustee for Loyola University of Chicago and on the board of A Better Chicago, a venture philanthropy fund. He holds a BBA from Loyola University Chicago and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
