James R. Taylor P.e.

James R. Taylor, P.E. has extensive experience in land development, currently serving as Vice President, Engineering Department Manager, and Project Manager at Balzer & Associates, Inc. since June 2011. In these roles, Taylor focuses on providing comprehensive services for clients in the New River Valley and Southwest Virginia, which include preliminary site analysis, land use planning, and construction administration.
