Sandy Tice

Sandy Tice currently serves as an Environmental Project Manager at Balzer & Associates, Inc., where responsibilities include planning, directing, and coordinating project activities to meet goals within time and budget constraints. Prior experience includes roles as an Environmental Scientist and Land Surveyor at Townes Site Engineering, focusing on wetland delineations and habitat studies. Sandy also contributed to the Virginia Department of Conservation and Recreation, performing maintenance tasks for state park operations, and led volunteer efforts with AmeriCorps for trail improvement projects. Additional experience encompasses various positions at Twin Lakes State Park, including Contact Ranger and Concessions Technician. Sandy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Integrated Environmental Science from Longwood University and an Associate's Degree from Southside Virginia Community College.
