Ashley Quackenbush

Ashley Quackenbush is a seasoned environmental planner and project manager with extensive experience in managing large-scale projects within the energy and utility sectors at Rincon Consultants, Inc. since March 2020. As a Supervising Environmental Planner, Ashley co-leads a team of professionals across various environmental disciplines for Southern California Gas Company contracts. Prior to this role, Ashley served as President of the Monterey Bay - Silicon Valley Chapter of the California Association of Environmental Professionals from March 2015 to March 2021, where responsibilities included management and representation of the chapter. Previous positions also include Associate Environmental Planner at Denise Duffy & Associates, Research Technician at NASA Ames Research Center, and a range of roles focused on environmental education and research. Ashley holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Marine and Watershed Science from California State University, Monterey Bay, along with other advanced studies in Geographic Information Systems and a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder.
