Heramb Gadgil is currently a Werkstudent at Bundesanstalt für Materialforschung und -prüfung, starting in February 2024. Previously, as a Project Associate 1 at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) from April 2022 to September 2023, involvement included the end-to-end execution of a Trans-critical CO2 Heat Pump project for Akshaya Patra Foundation, focusing on piping design layout as per ASME B31. Gadgil held various engineering roles at Stier Racing from June 2019 to January 2022, serving as Head Of Operations, Powertrain Engineer, and Vehicle Dynamics Engineer, where responsibilities included leading a Formula SAE student team and developing components for an electric racing car. Additional experience includes a Project Intern role at Positron Engineering Corporation focused on vapor compression refrigeration cycles, and an internship at Polyhydron Systems Pvt Ltd studying hydraulic circuits. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ramaiah Institute of Technology and a Master's degree in Global Production Engineering at Technische Universität Berlin, expected in October 2025.
