Roel Swart

Roel Swart is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the infrastructure and railway sectors. Currently serving as Manager Realisatie at BAM Infra Nederland since November 2016, Roel oversees the execution and technical preparation of the project Ombouw Emplacement Den Haag. Previously, Roel held the position of Technisch Projectvoorbereider Spoorbouw, focusing on the preparation of rail works, including drafting inspections and work plans. Roel’s background also includes roles such as a courier at MSG Euro Koeriers and a calculation intern at VolkerRail, where tasks included cost estimations for rail components. Roel began a career at W&J Schutte in various agricultural roles. Education includes a Bachelor’s in Verkeer en wegen from Saxion University of Applied Sciences and studies at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and Zuyderzee College, where a HAVO diploma was earned.
