Paul Wingelaar

Paul Wingelaar is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in electrical and electrochemical engineering. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Bambi Medical since February 2021, Paul manages the complete product development lifecycle for the Bambi Belt and Bambi Monitor. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Innovation at Philips, where Paul led the development of medically regulated IPL hair removal products. Throughout a career spanning various roles at Philips and other firms, Paul has demonstrated expertise in hardware infrastructure, team leadership, and product innovation across high-tech and medical device sectors. Academically, Paul holds an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and a Ph.D. in Electrical and Electrochemical Engineering, both from Eindhoven University of Technology.
