Bruno Valsecchi has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Bruno started their career at Ícaro Technologies as an Account Manager, responsible for business development and client relationship management in the Telco and Banking industries. In this role, they achieved 175% of their quota and successfully turned a client with a critical project in crisis into a key client for the company.
Bruno then joined Sigga Workforce Technologies as an Account Executive, where they focused on the Consumer Goods industry and closed a significant deal with a major Brazilian brewery company. Bruno later became the Sales Manager, responsible for restructuring the sales department and defining the go-to-market strategy. Bruno also played a crucial role in the international expansion of the company in South America, particularly in Argentina and Chile.
Afterwards, Valsecchi joined In Forma Software as the Sales and Marketing Director. In this role, they restructured the sales department and created a marketing department to align with the company's business strategy. Bruno developed a marketing plan to reinforce the company's authority and redesigned the sales process to improve effectiveness.
Most recently, they worked at up.p as the Head of Commercial & Marketing, where they created a new department to scale up the company in the competitive Brazilian credit intermediation market. Their responsibilities included prospecting and accrediting a strong correspondent banking network.
In the future, they will be joining the Bamboo Debt Capital Markets Platform as the Head of Origination & Marketing, starting in 2023.
Bruno Valsecchi obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from UFSCar - Alumni, where they studied from 2003 to 2007.
