Josefin Cohen is an experienced professional in executive search and people consulting, currently serving as the Head of Executive Search/Senior Consultant at & Partners Nordic AB since January 2024. Previously, Josefin held several key positions at K2 Search from January 2015 to January 2024, including Head of Sales and Marketing, Regional Manager, Head of Research Stockholm, Research Consultant, and Recruitment Coordinator.
