John Simonelli

John Simonelli, AIC, currently serves as Large Loss Claims Manager at Bamboo Insurance, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this role, John managed claims operations at Eberl Claims Service from July 2020 to March 2024, and was a claims manager at U.S. Adjusting Claim Services from February 2016 to July 2020. John's experience also includes ownership of an Allstate Insurance agency in Granbury from September 2013 to February 2016, where strong community ties enriched customer service. Earlier roles included claims adjuster at Pacific Specialty Insurance Company from August 2011 to May 2013 and independent claims examiner from 2005 to 2011. John holds two Associate's degrees, one in General Studies from Weatherford College and another from Ocean County College.
