Michael Ames

Michael Ames has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and management. Michael currently holds the position of Vice President, Talent Acquisition & Culture at Bamboo Rose, where they are responsible for designing and implementing a global people strategy. Prior to this, they served as a Talent Acquisition professional at TradeStone Software and as a Manager at New Millennium Group. Michael also held the role of Vice President at Broadreach Group and worked as an Associate at Charles Sterling Group, LLC. Michael started their career as a Business Development Manager at ProStaff.
