Noel M.

Noel M. has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Noel started their career at Yale University as an IT Support Specialist, providing support for three medical departments. Noel then joined Wayfair as a Site Deployment Engineer, where they set up IT infrastructure for new sites. At Criteo, they worked as a Service Desk Engineer, addressing and resolving various technical issues. Noel later joined Central National Division as an IT Systems Analyst, collaborating with team members to resolve infrastructure and network issues. At Hentsū, Noel worked as a Cloud Operations Engineer, providing support to hedge funds and asset management firms. Currently, they are a Lead CloudOps Engineer at Bamboo Rose, leading migration projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Noel's experience includes cloud support, troubleshooting, software deployment, hardware setup, and global support.

Noel M. attended Western Connecticut State University from 2007 to 2010 and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management Information Systems and Services. Noel M. also holds the Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate certification from Microsoft, obtained in August 2020.
