Samson Yeung has extensive experience in support and merchandising roles within the retail industry. Currently serving as Support Manager at Bamboo Rose since March 2016, Samson is responsible for global customer support, issue analysis, and providing solutions training, effectively acting as a liaison between customers and the technical team. Prior to this, Samson held various positions at Bamboo Rose, including Senior Support Engineer and Enablement Coordinator. In previous roles at Unico Enterprises Limited and Contempo Limited, responsibilities included managing product lines and merchandising for major clients, showcasing a proven track record in both customer-focused support and product management. Samson holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Calgary.
