Elisa Palmer

Elisa Palmer has over 15 years of work experience, beginning in 2003 as a Trademark Assistant at Birch, Stewart, Kolasch & Birch. In 2004, they became a Senior Consultant at Touchstone Consulting Group, where they provided stakeholder management strategies for key government initiatives. From 2011 to 2017, they served as Head of People Operations at Big Sky Associates, Inc., where they were a trusted advisor working directly with the President and COO to support all aspects of human resources and recruiting. Most recently, they were appointed Chief People and Culture Officer at Bamboo Solutions, a global brand of SharePointXperts.

Elisa Palmer attended Wheaton College from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. Elisa also holds a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification obtained in May 2021 from SHRM, an Advanced Certified ScrumMaster certification obtained in June 2018 from Scrum Alliance, a Certified Agile Leadership Essentials (CAL-E) certification obtained in November 2022 from Scrum Alliance, a Certified Agile Leadership for Teams (CAL-T) certification obtained in November 2022 from Scrum Alliance, and a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification obtained in March 2017 from Scrum Alliance.
