Ms. Li has more than 20 years’ experience in IT industry with a successful track record of delivering high quality projects to Fortune 500 clients in Asia Pacific and USA regions. She specializes in scaling up technology organizations by combining her expertise in project management, quality system management, operations management, business development, and partnerships.

Ms. Li has transformed multiple departments of Bamboo by taking different responsibilities such as Head of PMO, USA Business Unit offshore center, China Business Unit, and Operations Department. She has delivered multiple projects to global clients such as P&G, IBM, HaiNan Airlines, Sensitech & Crown Worldwide etc. by combining her project management experience with people skills and ability to solve business problems.

Ms. Li is acting as Group Operations Director and is in charge of formulating & deploying the marketing, business development, and operations strategy in line with Bamboo’s overall strategic objectives. Additionally, she also acts as Global Head of Partnership to drive product and service offerings through suitable partnership to help customers achieve digital transformation.
