Hugh Black

Hugh Black is a seasoned technology and operations leader with extensive experience in engineering and management roles. Currently serving as Sr Engineering Manager at BambooHR since January 2017, Hugh has also held significant positions, including President & COO at H&L Investments, LLC, and Vice President of Operations at BizRunner App. Previous roles include VP of Infrastructure at SSI, CTO at Opinionology, and various leadership positions at Western Wats over nearly two decades. Hugh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Brigham Young University, earned between 1989 and 1996.
