Kimberly Goodman

Kimberly Goodman is a seasoned compensation professional with extensive experience in the total rewards field. As a Senior Compensation Analyst at BambooHR since February 2024, Kimberly leverages expertise developed during tenure at MX from September 2020 to March 2024, where positions included Manager, Total Rewards, Senior Total Rewards Partner, and Total Rewards Partner. Prior experience includes serving as a Compensation Analyst at Young Living Essential Oils, where Kimberly created compensation structures for over 1,000 positions and presented new compensation plans to the executive team. Kimberly began a career in HR as an HR Assistant at BYU Center for Teaching and Learning, significantly enhancing onboarding efficiency and developing a new internal HRIS system. Kimberly holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business.
