Alison Pate

Alison Pate is an experienced executive coach and leadership development professional with over two decades in the industry. Since February 2012, Alison has been an Executive Coach at Participate Executive Coaching and has held multiple roles in various organizations including as a Senior Consultant/NeuroCoach at About my Brain Institute since January 2017. Current positions also include Executive and Leadership Coach at CoachHub, as well as ongoing coaching roles at The Marketing Academy Australia and Bambuddha Group. Previous experience includes coaching positions at Ei and Kipling Partners Pty Ltd, alongside a significant tenure as Global Director of Guest Relations at Macquarie Group. Alison's educational background includes a Grad Cert/Diploma in Business from Mt Eliza Business School (University of QLD) and training from the Institute of Executive Coaching.
