Melissa Fugitt

Melissa Fugitt has over 13 years of human resources experience. Melissa began their career in 2007 as a Human Resources Intern at Next Generation Enrollment. In 2008, they worked as a Human Resources Intern at Kalamazoo Community Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services. In 2009, they became a Human Resources Generalist at Windward, Inc. From 2010 to 2019, they worked at Spectrum Health in various roles, including Senior Human Resources Generalist, Lead Recruiter, Recruiter II, and Human Resources Specialist. In 2019, they joined Dematic as a Senior Human Resources Manager and a Human Resources Business Partner. In 2022, they began working as a Human Resources Director at BAMF Health.

Melissa Fugitt has a BBA from Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business, where they studied Human Resources and Psychology from 2005 to 2009. Melissa also holds a Certified Healthcare Recruiter certification from Lean Human Capital - Recruiter Academy, which they obtained in March 2013. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from AIRS in Certified Diversity Recruiter (CDR), Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR), Certified Social Sourcing Recruiter (CSSR), Elite Certified Recruitment Expert (ECRE), and Professional Recruiter (PRC).
