Laura Cespedes

Laura Cespedes is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Vice President of People and Performance for North America Manufacturing Operations at The Kraft Heinz Company since February 2022. Prior to this role, Laura held various senior HR positions at Mondelēz International from September 2001 to November 2020, including Senior HR Director for ISC North America and HR Director across multiple regions and functions.
