Haydn Sisca

Haydn Sisca is a seasoned professional in corporate access and broker relations, currently serving as a Senior Associate at Balyasny Asset Management L.P. since January 2024. Prior experience includes roles in corporate access at SurgoCap Partners and T. Rowe Price, as well as a business development associate position at Guidepoint. Haydn began a career in finance as a Sales Analyst at BlackRock and also held positions in account management and marketing. Academic achievements include a Bachelor's Degree in International Business from Loyola University Maryland, along with a semester abroad at Universidad Pontificia Comillas. Education was preceded by completion of high school at Greenwich High School.
