Eduardo Ledsham

Eduardo Ledsham is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the mining and energy sectors. Currently serving as the CEO of Bahia Mineração S/A since November 2017, Eduardo previously held the position of Diretor Presidente at CPRM - Serviço Geológico do Brasil from August 2016 to August 2017. As the former CEO of B&A Mineração from August 2012 to July 2015, Eduardo also spent 25 years at Vale, where roles included Diretor Executivo de Energia, Oleo e Gas, and several other directorial and managerial positions focused on project exploration and mineral development. Eduardo's education includes an MBA in Gestão from Fundação Dom Cabral and specialized programs in management and finance from renowned institutions such as MIT, Harvard Business School, and FGV.
