Zoro Delger

Zoro Delger is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in the e-commerce and fintech sectors. As the Founder and CEO of Banana Mall, a leading e-commerce marketplace in Mongolia, Zoro has successfully led the company from ideation to operations, managing a cross-functional team and overseeing the full product lifecycle. Prior to this, Zoro served as Chief of Staff to the CEO at AND Global, where strategic directions were defined in collaboration with senior management and investors. Zoro also held various roles at LendMN, a subsidiary of AND Global, including Product Manager and Marketing Manager, where a strong emphasis was placed on brand development, market competitiveness, and operational transparency. Zoro holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Economics from Shinshu University and has a background in English language training.
