Mia Hilmiah

Mia Hilmiah is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a People Operations Generalist at Bananas (YC W22) since January 2022, Mia previously held multiple positions at Cashbac from October 2017 to December 2021, including Human Resources Payroll and HR Recruiter. Earlier experience includes a tenure as a Senior Human Resources Officer at LAZADA GROUP from June 2014 to October 2017. Mia holds a Bachelor's degree in Information System (S.Kom) from STMIK Muhammadiyah Jakarta, completed between 2008 and 2013.
