Gabriela Saldarriaga Monteagudo

Gabriela Saldarriaga Monteagudo is a seasoned professional in talent management and leadership development, currently serving as Líder de Talento y Liderazgo at BanBif since August 2025. Prior experience includes roles at BBVA en Perú, where Gabriela held positions as Talent Management & Learning Manager and Talent Development Specialist from April 2020 to July 2025.
