Chris Erickson

Chris Erickson currently serves as President of the Colorado Region at Banc of California, a position held since December 2023 following the merger with Pacific Western Bank. Prior to this role, Chris held the title of EVP and Regional Manager for Commercial Real Estate Banking at Pacific Western Bank from August 2019 to December 2023. Chris has a robust history in the banking sector, including a tenure as Executive Vice President at Guaranty Bank and Trust Company from January 2011 to May 2019, where management of a $950 million real estate loan portfolio was a key responsibility. Earlier positions included Senior Vice President roles at Guaranty Bank & Trust and U.S. Bank in both real estate workout and lending capacities. Chris's experience extends back to initial banking roles in which over $750 million in commercial real estate loans were originated and underwritten. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management with an emphasis in Finance from Central College, completed between 1994 and 1997.
