Joshua Que has extensive experience in the legal field. Joshua currently holds the position of EVP, Deputy General Counsel at Banc of California since March 2022. Joshua also handled all aspects of litigation, including retaining and deposing expert witnesses, drafting and arguing motions, and managing discovery matters.
At P.K. Schrieffer LLP, Joshua served as an Associate from February 2003 to March 2004. Joshua was responsible for full case management in insurance defense of construction defect and premises liability claims. Joshua successfully litigated complex cases, reaching settlements within authorized limits.
