Monica Robinson has an extensive work history, starting their career in 1994 as an Account Coordinator at RPA, an advertising and marketing agency for American Honda Motor Company. Monica then worked as an Assistant Marketing Manager at Davidson & Associates, where they contributed to the development and implementation of marketing plans for educational PC software products. Monica later served as a Product Marketing Manager at Interplay Entertainment Corp., where they managed the marketing of console products for various gaming systems.
In 2000, Monica joined Activision as a Global Brand Manager, responsible for managing brand strategies and marketing campaigns. Monica then moved on to THQ as a Brand Manager, overseeing brand development and marketing initiatives.
Monica's career in product marketing continued when they joined Avery Products Corporation in 2007. Over the course of their tenure, they held roles such as Product Marketing Manager and Senior Product Marketing Manager, managing various marketing programs and partnerships. Monica led the development and implementation of brand strategies, licensing agreements, and digital marketing plans that were successful in generating significant social media impressions, email campaigns, and printed projects.
In 2018, Monica joined Pacific Mercantile Bank as a VP Marketing Manager, before transitioning to their current role as a Vice President of Marketing at Banc of California in 2021.
