Nicole L. Wells

Nicole L. Wells has a diverse work experience in the banking industry spanning over two decades. Nicole L. most recently served as the Head of Strategic Retail Operation at Santander Bank since September 2020. Prior to that, Nicole held various roles at Banc of California, including SVP of Private Banking Operations and Private Banking Business Management Executive. Nicole L. also worked at Bank of America, where they held the positions of Senior Vice President, Area/Business Operation Manager and VP, Consumer Leadership Program Associate. Furthermore, they gained experience as a Regional Branch Manager at Western Federal Credit Union and as a District Manager II at Bank of America / Countrywide Bank. Nicole began their career at Citibank as a Client Financial Analyst, where they specialized in analyzing client portfolios, providing estate planning advice, and offering solutions for long-term care needs.

Nicole L. Wells completed an Executive Education Program at Columbia Business School in 2011, with a focus on the Graduate School of Business- Greater Returns. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree in Public Administration with a concentration in Organizational Leadership from California State University-Dominguez Hills from 2003 to 2005. In 2002, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, specializing in Administrative Management, also from California State University-Dominguez Hills.
