Richard Lashley

Richard Lashley is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Director at Banc of California and MutualFirst Financial, positions held since 2017 and 2015 respectively. As Principal and Co-Founder of PL Capital, LLC, an investment firm specializing in the U.S., Richard has been involved since its inception in 1996. Richard has held multiple directorial roles across various financial institutions, including Metro Bancorp, BCSB Bancorp, State Bancorp Inc, Community FSB Holding Co., Central Bancorp, Franklin Bancorp, and Security Financial Bancorp from 2000 to 2016. Richard holds an MBA in Accounting from Rutgers University - Newark and a B.S. in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Oswego.
