Dean Hackemer

In Dean Hackemer's career, he enjoys the challenge of aligning the interests of each of the groups he serves: shareholders, customers and teammates. He is driven by his passion for execution and efficiency. He believes that strong leadership with focused goal setting is key to creating a successful operation.

He has been in the mortgage business for over 30 years, with experience at Access National Mortgage and Mortgage Investment Corporation. He started at Access National Mortgage as a loan officer, and now leads the Home Loans division at Atlantic Union Bank.

He graduated from the University of Virginia with a BA in Economics.
