Sorayda Santos, Ed.D, PMP, currently serves as the VP, Project Manager at Banc of California, a position held since July 2025. Previously, from April 2020 to July 2025, Sorayda was the Assistant Vice President, Project Manager at California Credit Union, where significant projects were implemented, including Nuance VoiceID and DocuSign, leading to substantial cost savings and increased customer satisfaction.
