Stan Yang

Stan Yang worked at Banc of California from August 2017 to the present, initially as a SOX Compliance professional and later promoted to Senior Vice President, SOX Compliance in March 2021. Prior to that, they worked at CIT from September 2010 to August 2017 as a Vice President.

Stan Yang obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Certified Financial Services Auditor and Certified Internal Auditor from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc.
