Stefano Ottavi

Stefano Ottavi has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Stefano began their career in 1998 at Mediosim, where they worked in proprietary trading until 2000. Stefano then joined EQUITA SIM, where they served as a European Equities Sales professional for nearly two decades. In this role, they played a key role in selecting portfolio managers and buy-side analysts. Stefano also established and managed the European research department, selling investment cases to Italian and European accounts. In 2020, Stefano joined UBI Banca as a Global Solution Sales specialist until 2021. Stefano later joined Intesa Sanpaolo in 2021 as an Equity Cash Sales professional until 2022. Currently, Stefano holds the position of Head of Brokerage at Banca Akros, starting in September 2022.

Stefano Ottavi pursued their education from 1991 to 1997 at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in finance.
