Ava Beznoska

Ava Beznoska has a diverse work experience in the banking and sales industry. Ava started their career in 1997 as a Corporate Sales Manager at British Airways PLC Romania, where they worked until 2006. Ava then joined ABN AMRO Bank as a Preferred Banking Sales Manager for a year before moving to OTP Bank as a Private Banking Sales Manager from 2007 to 2010. In 2010, they became the Head of Private Banking at Piraeus Bank for a short period of time before transitioning to BCR as a Private Banking Sales Team Leader. In 2019, they joined Erste Bank as a Private Banking Group Director, and in 2022, they were appointed as the Head of Erste Private Banking Romania at BCR.

Ava Beznoska's education history includes a variety of certifications and a bachelor's degree. In 1993, they attended Academia de Studii Economice din Bucuresti where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, which they completed in 1997. Ava then pursued a Certification in Operational Sales & Marketing at Oxford Brookes University from 2000 to 2001. Ava later obtained a Certification in Organizational Leadership, Management, Communication, and Conflict Management from Triple A Learning in 2006 and 2007. In 2010, Ava attended Krauthammer and received a Certification in Sales, Negotiation, and Account Management. Ava then enrolled in Frankfurt School of Finance & Management in 2015 and 2016, where they earned a Certification in Private Banking. In 2020, Ava expanded their education by completing a course in the Process Communication Model at an institution called Triple A Learning. Finally, in 2022, Ava studied at Triple A Learning again, this time completing a program called "Unleash your growth potential."
