Camelia Naparu

Camelia Naparu is a seasoned Learning and Development expert with extensive experience in training and team management. Currently serving at BCR since October 2022, Camelia creates and delivers tailored learning programs focusing on customer experience and leadership. Previously, Camelia worked as a Learning and Development Specialist at GoDaddy, supporting onboarding and education initiatives. Prior roles at Emirates include Cabin Supervisor and learning roles, where Camelia managed diverse teams and facilitated leadership training. Camelia holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Edinburgh Napier University and a Bachelor's degree in Harbour Management and Naval Engineering from „Mircea cel Batrân” Naval Academy.
