Head Of Brand Activation at BCR

Cornelia Plesoianu has extensive work experience at BCR, starting in 1999. Cornelia began as a Loan Officer and later held roles as Head of Retail Department and Marketing and Sales Manager. In 2007, they became a Senior Marketing Specialist, focusing on project management, communication strategy, and BTL campaigns. Since 2015, Cornelia has served as Head of Brand Activation, responsible for coordinating brand activation and BTL strategy, event planning, sport sponsorship, and media planning. Cornelia has also led a team of up to 7 members.

Cornelia Plesoianu earned a Master's degree in Communication and Public Relations from the National School of Political Studies and Public Administration, where they attended from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies from 1995 to 1999, specializing in International Economic Relations. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in "Building Better Commercial Brand Plans -SOSTAC Model, PR Smith" from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing in November 2019, and in "Sponsorship - How to Buy and Sell" from the same institution in August 2008.
