Cristian Niculae

Cristian Niculae has extensive work experience as a project manager, starting in 1997 as a Security Systems Designer at Rassco Securitate. Cristian then moved on to Romtelecom in 2006, where they held roles as Supervisor in the Security Department and later as Head of the Project Management Office in the Real Estate Directorate. In 2012, Niculae joined BCR as a Senior Project Manager and eventually became the Head of Project Management. In this position, they managed a team of project managers and architects, oversaw the implementation of various projects, and was responsible for budgeting, time planning, and risk mitigation. Niculae has successfully completed more than 500 projects, managed budgets of millions of euros, and played a crucial role in developing long-term strategies. Cristian is proficient in several software tools, including MS Project, Jira, SAP, AutoCAD, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Cristian Niculae began their education in 1996 at The Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economic Cybernetics, Statistics and Informatics Faculty. Cristian completed this program in the year 2000. In 2011, Cristian enrolled in Training Courses to further their education, earning another Bachelor's degree in Project Management in 2012.
