Nicu Gherghe

Nicu Gherghe has a strong background in the real estate industry, with various roles and responsibilities throughout their career. Nicu started working at CBRE in 2005 as a Retail Negotiator. Nicu then moved on to work at Cushman & Wakefield as a Senior Negotiator from 2006 to 2007. In 2007, they joined EFG Eurobank Property Services as the Head of Real Estate Agency. After that, they worked at SC ROMTELECOM SA as the Head of Real Estate Commercial Department for five years, from 2009 to 2014. Currently, they are employed at BCR as the Head of the Commercial Real Estate Department, a role they have held since 2014.

Nicu Gherghe attended Romania Jobs from 1993 to 1997, where they pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree in the field of Law.
