Oana Scarlat (Sararoiu)

Oana Scarlat (Sararoiu) has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Oana started their career at Bancpost in 2010 as the Head of the Operational Control Department. Oana then moved on to become the Manager of the Financial Control Division in 2012. In 2015, Oana joined BCR as the Head of the Accounts Governance Office in the Accounting Division. Oana later became the Head of Own Accounting. Throughout their career, Oana has demonstrated their expertise in financial control and accounting.

Oana Scarlat (Sararoiu) obtained their Master's degree in Marketing and Business Communication from Academia de Studii Economice din București from 2005 to 2007.
