Ramona Stefan

Ramona Stefan is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Controlling at BCR since July 2022, Ramona previously held the position of Head of Finance Business Partnering at ING Romania from December 2019 to June 2022. Ramona's career at ING from January 2012 to December 2019 included roles such as Finance Oversight and Advice Manager, Manager Performance Measurement in Management Accounting, and Senior in Management Accounting. Prior experience includes serving as an Audit Senior at Deloitte from August 2008 to January 2012 and as an Assistant at Porsche Romania from October 2005 to July 2008. Ramona holds a PhD in Management of Investments and Securities as well as a Bachelor of Science in Banking & Stock Exchange from Academia de Studii Economice din București, along with ACCA qualifications obtained between 2008 and 2013.
