Melisa Olano Henao

Melisa Olano Henao is an accomplished investment banking professional with extensive experience in the finance sector. Currently serving as an Investment Banking Senior Analyst at Banca de Inversion Bancolombia since July 2021, Melisa previously held the position of Investment Banking Analyst at Valoriza Group from September 2020 to July 2021. Prior experience includes a role as a Financial Analyst at UPS from June 2020 to September 2020 and an internship at Avon from July 2019 to January 2020. Melisa also developed logistical coordination skills while managing sponsorships for events at Universidad EAFIT between January 2017 and June 2019.
