Elia Gaglio

Elia Gaglio is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in change management and software development. Currently serving as the Head of Change Management at Banca IFIS since March 2016, Elia leads the IT core - Change Management group, focusing on Change, Release, and Test Management for IT activities. Previous roles include IT Specialist in Change Management at Veneto Banca, where Elia designed and managed application architecture for the New Integrated Multichannel project, and Senior Consultant for various projects at Reply. Elia's earlier experience includes software engineering at Finantix and a teaching role in Microsoft Office tools. Elia holds a Master Degree in Computer Science from Università Ca' Foscari Venezia and a Chief Technician diploma in Electronics and Telecommunications from ITIS Primo Levi.
