Carlo Driussi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational management within the banking sector. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources and Organization at Banca Intesa since January 2024, Carlo previously held significant roles at UniCredit Bank Romania, where responsibilities included being a Member of the Management Board and COO for the Global Banking Services Division from January 2019 to April 2023. Prior to that, Carlo was with UniCredit Bank Serbia as COO and Head of Global Banking Services Division from 2011 to 2018 and served in various HR leadership positions within UniCredit Group, Capitalia, and Banca di Roma. Carlo holds an MBA from the University of Bradford.
