Giovanni Parrillo

Giovanni Parrillo has extensive experience in the banking sector, particularly at BNL BNP Paribas since January 1996, where Giovanni currently serves as the Head of Internal Rating System Audit in the Risk Department. Previous roles at BNL include Head of Internal Rating Agency and Credit Risk Manager, where Giovanni established the Credit Risk Management Unit and developed the bank's inaugural internal rating system, credit policies, and credit delegation system. Giovanni also led the Banking Research Department, creating the first Investor Relations Unit and managing relationships with analysts during BNL's privatization in 1998. Earlier career experiences include roles at IPACRI, Banca Nazionale dell'Agricoltura, and Banca d'Italia. Giovanni holds a degree in Economics and a specialization in banking disciplines from Sapienza Università di Roma.
