Riccardo Francazi

Riccardo Francazi is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in strategic roles within the banking sector. Since December 2013, Riccardo has served as the Head of IT Strategy and Transformation at BNL Gruppo BNP Paribas, specializing in IT strategic portfolio management, enterprise architecture, and operational models. Prior to this role, Riccardo held various leadership positions at BNL, including Head of IT ADM Governance & Strategy and Head of IT Sourcing & PMO, demonstrating expertise in IT sourcing and governance. From March 2004 to December 2013, Riccardo led the IT Sourcing Department at Banca Nazionale del Lavoro, and earlier in his career, Riccardo gained valuable experience as a Senior Manager and Manager at Accenture from 1991 to 2004.
