Alessandro Basile is the Group CFO at Sella Group, leading the Finance Area with a mission to enable effective decision-making and optimal reporting on financial and transformative performance. Alessandro is also a Member of the Group Strategic Steering Committee, Head of Group Planning, Execution and Control, Head of Group PMO and Organization, and has held various positions in companies such as SC SELIR SRL, Banca Sella, Axerve, Multitel SpA. Alessandro has a background in Executive education from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and holds a degree in Scienze dell'Amministrazione e dell'Organizzazione.
