Cristina Capurso is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Sella since September 2021, Cristina has cultivated a strong background in recruitment and HR consultancy through positions at Quanta SpA, Adecco Italia, and Randstad Professionals. With prior roles ranging from Learning Associate at Ernst & Young to Recruitment Consultant and HR Generalist, Cristina demonstrates a versatile skill set in human resources. Educational qualifications include a degree in Psychology from Università di Pavia, completed in 2007.
