Letizia Chiodi is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Sella since August 2022, with previous experience as an HR Recruiter at Adecco from March to August 2022, focusing on recruiting and personnel selection across various sectors. Letizia held the role of HR Recruiter and Business Development at Piramis Group from October 2020 to February 2022, where responsibilities included recruiting, training, monitoring, and business development. Additionally, Letizia was a barista and waitress at Dolce Manna during weekends from September 2019 to October 2021, provided business development support at Banca Sella for a brief period, and completed an internship at Gruppo Mondadori in 2019. Letizia holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology for Organizations from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Psychological Sciences from the same institution.
