In 2021, they briefly worked as the Head of Talent & Engagement at Sella before taking on the role of Group Human Resources Director in 2022. In 2019, Marco also worked as an HR Business Partner at Sella Investment Banking. Marco obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Università degli Studi del Piemonte Orientale, which they completed from 2009 to 2013. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Management and Finance from the same university, graduating in 2016. In 2021, they attended the 24ORE Business School, where they completed a Master's degree specifically focused on Labour Law and Industrial Relations.
