Marco Landi

Marco Landi has a diverse work experience spanning different roles in the human resources field and marketing. Marco began their career in 2014 as a Marketing and PR Intern at AIESEC Bahrain, where they gained experience in international marketing and social media. In 2015, they joined Sella as a Compensation & Performance Analyst, where they worked until 2018. During this time, they gained expertise in compensation and performance analysis. From 2018 to 2021, Marco held the role of HR Business Partner at Sella, gaining experience in HR operations and strategic planning. In 2021, they briefly worked as the Head of Talent & Engagement at Sella before taking on the role of Group Human Resources Director in 2022. In 2019, Marco also worked as an HR Business Partner at Sella Investment Banking. Overall, Marco has a strong background in human resources, with experience in talent management, HR business partnering, and compensation analysis.

Marco Landi has a strong educational background in the field of business and management. Marco obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Università degli Studi del Piemonte Orientale, which they completed from 2009 to 2013. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Management and Finance from the same university, graduating in 2016. In 2021, they attended the 24ORE Business School, where they completed a Master's degree specifically focused on Labour Law and Industrial Relations.

In addition to their formal education, Marco Landi has also acquired additional certifications. In October 2019, they obtained a certification in LinkedIn Talent Solutions from LinkedIn. Prior to this, in April 2017, they received a certification in Leader del Futuro - Lo scenario dell'economia e della finanza from The European House-Ambrosetti.
